Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using 2048: Merge Quest ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

2048: Merge Quest is a mobile puzzle game featuring level-based progression, zones, special tiles, achievements, endless mode, and optional premium features. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. User Accounts

• You may use the App without creating an account, with limited functionality.
• Account creation is available through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. In-App Purchases

• The App offers optional in-app purchases for premium features and content.
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the respective store's refund policy.
• Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.

5. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' accounts
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, music, game mechanics, and text, is the property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without express written permission.

8. Leaderboards and Social Features

• Leaderboard data (display name, scores) is visible to other users.
• We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entries obtained through cheating or exploitation.
• Inappropriate display names may be removed or modified at our discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of gameplay.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
