MineCrawler ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile game developed by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Automatically collected:

• Anonymous user ID — generated by Firebase Authentication to identify your device session. No email, name, or personal login is required.
• Randomly generated username (e.g., "Crawler_1234") — used for leaderboards. This is not personally identifiable.
• Game analytics — gameplay events such as scores, zones reached, cells revealed, power-ups used, and session duration. Collected via Firebase Analytics to help us improve the game.
• Leaderboard data — your user ID, username, score, game mode, and timestamp are stored in Firebase Firestore when you achieve a personal best.

Stored locally on your device:

• Game state and progress
• Settings and preferences
• Coins balance and statistics
• Achievement progress

We do NOT collect:

• Your real name, email address, or phone number
• Location data
• Contacts or photos
• Any personally identifiable information

2. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google) — analytics, authentication, cloud database. Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob — serves ads to free users. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data. Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat — manages in-app purchases and subscriptions. Privacy Policy

3. Advertising

Free users may see interstitial and rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see ads. Ad networks may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not have access to your payment information. Purchase status is managed through RevenueCat.

5. Children's Privacy

MineCrawler is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Firebase's default retention policies. Leaderboard entries are retained as long as the service is active. Local data is stored on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures provided by Firebase and Google Cloud Platform. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete your local data by uninstalling the app
• Request deletion of your leaderboard data by contacting us
• Opt out of personalized ads through your device settings

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
